When you complete the No Shoes Nation sign-up form, we may collect the following, depending on what you choose to provide:
- Name — required.
- Email address — required.
- Phone number — optional.
- Date of birth — optional.
- Ethnicity — optional.
- Consent — a record that you agreed to join the list.
We may also automatically receive limited technical information (such as your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of your submission) that our form provider records for security and spam prevention.
2. How we collect it
We only collect the information you actively enter into the sign-up form. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which forwards your submission to us and stores it on our behalf. Formspree's own handling of data is governed by its privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
3. How we use your information
- To send you music releases, tour announcements, and No Shoes Nation updates.
- To manage and personalize our mailing list.
- To respond to you if you contact us.
- To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse or spam.
Optional fields (phone, date of birth, ethnicity) are used only to help us understand and better serve our audience. You are never required to provide them, and leaving them blank will not affect your sign-up.
